When clients open the mobile app, they can:
- Select from available services (Full groom, Bath & brush, Nail trim)
- Choose between Bethesda or Potomac locations
- Pick a date and time based on availability
- Book up to 2 pets per appointment
- Receive instant confirmation via SMS/email
